Shopping with Embellish is simple. Browse our site, select your products, and click "Add to Bag." When you're ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of the items you purchased. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. You can also log into your account and view your order history to verify the status. Didn't receive a confirmation? Reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order, before it moves into fulfillment. Please contact us immediately at Courtney@embellishskin.com with your order number and the correct address. Once the order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been generated, we're unable to modify the destination. In that case, you may need to contact the carrier directly to arrange a redirect.

Billing address updates are limited once an order is submitted, as payment is processed immediately. If you notice an error, contact us at Courtney@embellishskin.com as soon as possible. While we may not be able to modify the billing address on a completed transaction, we can help clarify charges or assist with your financial institution if needed. For future orders, you can update your billing details anytime in your account settings.

Yes! Embellish is proudly US-based and we do ship internationally. Please note that international orders are subject to adjusted shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient. We want everyone around the world to experience Embellish, and we're happy to help get your order to you.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During new launches or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order ships. Expedited shipping options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier volume. Once shipped, use the tracking number in your confirmation email to monitor your package in real time.

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email Courtney@embellishskin.com with your order number and reason for return. Because our products are applied to skin, opened items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case, we'll replace or refund you right away. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
